Our Leadership
Élever Partners was founded by Hannah Arrighi, who brings experience in private equity investor relations and strategic communications.
Before founding Élever Partners, she led marketing on the Investor Relations team at a global growth-stage private equity firm, where her investor materials helped raise over $1 billion. She previously was a Field Director on several U.S. congressional races and a Fulbright Scholar in Turkey.
Hannah holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
